How do I report that I have no power?
- Open the app and on the Home screen, click the ‘Report a Problem’ button.
- A list of issues should be displayed. Select ‘No Power’, then select the account that you want to report, the click the Set
- The Service Issue screen will open. Enter any details about the problem in the Comments area under ‘Please tell us about the outage’
- Enter a contact phone number, including the area code. Grenada’s area code is 473.
- Click Submit to send the report to Grenlec. Note: A representative may contact you if additional information is needed about your report.
