Grenada Electricity Services is advising customers about a delay in printing and dispatch of some customer bills, which should have been printed and mailed in August.
This situation has resulted from an unexpected late shipment of bill printing supplies.
Please note that the present challenge has only impacted the printing of some customer bills. All customer accounts have been updated for that billing period as is reflected on the Grenlec Mobile App and telephone inquiry service.
To access updated usage information, bill balances and payment deadlines, Grenlec urges customers to use the Grenlec Mobile App. Customers can also call the Company’s Automated Customer Information Service at telephone number 237, please have your 6-digit access number handy.
Grenlec apologises for this inconvenience, which it is working to rectify by week ending 8 September 2023.
