Please be advised that the Grenlec’s Grand Anse Customer Care Centre will be temporarily closed from 8 June to 6 July 2026 to facilitate essential building repairs.
During this period, only cheque drop box services will be available at this location. Customers are reminded not to place cash in the cheque drop box.
Customers are encouraged to use:

- The Grenlec Mobile App
- 24-hr Automated Telephone Bill Inquiry Service by calling 237
- Other Customer Care Centres or approved third-party payment services, namely Bill Express at Western Union, the River Sallee Credit Union and online banking services offered by Republic Bank and Coop Bank.
