Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. (Grenlec) is advising customers that the transition to paperless billing is being implemented on a phased basis through to 31 May 2026.

As part of this phased approach, some customers received their last paper bill in April as announced by the Company, while others will receive their last paper bill during the month of May. This allows for a more gradual transition and provides additional time for customers to choose their preferred channels for billing information, complete registration and access support where needed.

Grenlec officials welcome the strong adoption of its digital services, with well over a combined 60% of customer accounts now using the Grenlec Mobile App and/or Myaccount.grenlec.com.

With the end of paper billing, customers will continue to choose from multiple ways to access their billing information, including:

  • The Myaccount.grenlec.com online service
  • The Grenlec Mobile App
  • The 24-hour Telephone Bill Inquiry Service (currently being upgraded)

Customers, who desire to receive bills in a printable format are encouraged to register for Myaccount.Grenlec.com and select paperless billing.

Grenlec recognises that this is a significant change for some customers and remains committed to supporting all customers through the transition to ensure customers’ continued access to billing information.
