Grenlec’s Terms and Conditions

• Only Domestic Customers are eligible to participate in the promotion.

• To enter the promotion, customers’ accounts must be current.

• All promotion entries are done virtually via the Grenlec Mobile App.

• One entry per account.

• One award per customer.

• Weekly winners will receive a credit based on the combined value of their last three electricity bills.

• Grand prize winners will win electricity credit based on the value of their last bill.

• Two Grand Prize winners will be announced in January 2025

• The value of each monthly award will not exceed the current bill balance. No credit will be applied.

• Electricity credit awards cannot be converted into cash.

• Electricity credit awards are non-transferable.

• Winners agree to have their names and images used in Grenlec’s promotional material.

• Winners may be published on Grenlec’s website, Facebook page and other media.

• Grenlec team members and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
