The 2024 Season of the Grenlec Debates continues with the third round on Tuesday, 22 October 2024.
Audiences are curious to see what thought provoking topics the teams will take on next. The Preliminaries saw the teams discussing topics centered around Renewable Energy Sources. The teams in the Round of Sixteen tackled issues revolving around Energy Policy and Economics.
From the twenty teams registered for the competition, the eight moving on to the Quarter Finals are: Grenada Boys’ Secondary School, Grenada SDA Comprehensive School, Mac Donald College, Presentation Brothers’ College, St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School, St. Joseph’s Convent, St. George’s, The Anglican High and Westerhall Secondary.
The remaining question is which of these eight teams will be among the final four facing off at the Semi Finals in November.
